Condolences
I was a friend of Ians back when we were teens (am now 53 y/o)and hung out at your parents place a lot (w/Dave Belyck, Peter Bourassa, Peter Edmonston, Carol Peebles, Sherry Scheck, etc.). Your parents always let us hang out there and were a great support to us with our teen meetings and the teen club. With fond rememberances and my condolences, Debi
Dear Iain, Elizabeth, Doug and David; I want you to know how saddened I was on hearing the news of your mothers passing. She was a significant person in my life also because of our history together and the time she afforded me in our relationship. We met early in my career and she gave the best gift anyone can which was the trust she placed in allowing me to advise on her finances. It is a necessary ingridient to success that you be encouraged and have a source of confidence. Her patience and involvement with me at that early point in my career is a fond and lasting memory, and has contributed to my success today. She was always patient and kind and respectfull – she was the sort of person you wish we all could be towards others. I too will miss her. Sincerely, Stephen.
