Obituary of HAUN – Marjorie Violet

September 18, 1932 – August 2, 2009 Marjorie Violet passed away peacefully at the Sarcee Hospice on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the age of 76. Marge was born in Exshaw, Alberta, growing up in the Kananaskis area, where she developed her love for horses, hiking and the mountains. She moved to Calgary after graduating from the University of Alberta. Marge’s love and passion for her family combined with her wonderful sense of humor and brilliant smile left a warm and lasting impression on everyone she met. Marge is survived by her children Kathy (Giuseppe) Tiberio, Gordon (Suzanne) Haun and Susan Waslen (Russ); grandchildren Chad (Shannon) and Mike Hendry, Jaylyne (Curtis) Galey, Matthew, Alex and Christopher Haun, and Josh and Nick Waslen; as well as great-grandchildren Jasmine and Austin Galey, and Chloe Hendry who arrived just in time to meet her great-grandmother. Funeral Services will be held at Valleyview Presbyterian Church (7655-26 Ave SW) on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Please forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
