Obituary of James Robert McNeil

James Robert McNeil of Chestermere, AB, beloved husband of Kathleen McNeil, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2009 at the age of 93 years. Jim was born and raised in Glace Bay, NS, moving to Calgary in 1945, and then to Chestermere in 1977. He worked as a plumber/pipefitter until his retirement. Besides Kay, his loving wife of 67 years Jim is survived by children Nicki (Rob) Roach, Tom (Carol) McNeil, Don (Lauretta) McNeil, and Alice (Barry) Wilkin; sister Tenie McKinnon; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
