Obituary of Alice Roberta Moss

Alice Roberta Moss – “Joy” to all who knew her, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 17, 2009 at the age of 68 years. Born in Liverpool, England on October 11, 1940, Joy immigrated to Canada and enjoyed a long career as a registered nurse at the Calgary General Hospital. Joy leaves behind her daughters, Susan (John) MacDonald and Terry (David) Litwiller; and her beloved grandchildren, Riley, Shaylyn and Emma. She also leaves her brother Victor Robinson; sisters, Pauline (Paul) Hudson and Elizabeth (Ron) Jacklyn; and numerous nieces and nephews. Joy was predeceased by her husband George; her daughter Margaret; parents Harriet and Harold; and her brothers, Christopher and Stephen. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, July 24, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
