Obituary of Vivian Meidinger

Vivian Meidinger, formerly of Bassano, passed away in Calgary on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the age of 97 years. Vivian was born in Holyoke, Mass, USA and came to Canada in 1917. She married Harry Meidinger of Bassano in 1934 and they raised their family there. Vivian is survived by her children, Gordon (Sharon) of Medicine Hat, Bernice Hulkovich of Calmar, Lloyd (Jan) of Moosemin, SK, Marie (Wayne) Sallows of Calgary, Larry of Avola, BC, and Denise (Jim) Rogers of Vernon, BC; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren. Vivian was predeceased by her husband Harry in 1988, son Milton in 1967, daughter-in-law Mary Lee in 1989, and son-in-law John in 2000. Graveside Service will be held at Bassano Cemetery on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
