Obituary of Rita Chieng-Jean Chia

It is with sadness and fond memories we announce the passing of our Mom, Rita. She passed away peacefully with her sons, David and Yurvid and daughter-in-law, Peggy, at her side. Rita is also survived by siblings living in the US and China. She was predeceased by her husband Dr. Chuen-Yuan Chia in 1998. All who knew her will certainly miss Rita’s charming contagious smile and indefinite generosity. She graduated from the Taiwan Teachers University and later immigrated with her husband to the USA and then Canada.
