November 7, 1978 – Calgary, Alberta May 11, 2018 – Calgary, Alberta Gavin Smith passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the age of 39 years. Gavin is survived by his father Glenn; brother Jason; aunts, Leora and Carolyn; uncle Roger; special cousin Michael; special friends, Sherri and Douglas Webb, and Natalie Roy; and numerous cousins and extended family in Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia. Gavin was predeceased by his mother Carol.
