Obituary of Jane Howell

With sadness, but fond memories, we announce the passing of our loving mother and grandmother, Jane (Alex) Howell on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at the age of 82 years. Alex was born in Lisburn, Northern Ireland in 1927. Later, she moved to Toronto, ON where she met and then married Ray Howell on June 23, 1956. From there they moved to Calgary where they spent the rest of their lives. Alex is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Janis and Randy Wolsey and Diane and Dean Sauer; grandchildren, Greg, Brad, and Mark; sisters Lily and Muriel; brother Harry; and by many life-long friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Ray.
