Obituary of Anne Chag

Anne Chag (nee Madiuk) of Calgary passed away on Friday, June 5, 2009 at the age of 92 years. Anne was born in Calgary and lived here all her life. She is survived by her cousin Walter Hercun and his family and cousins in Canada, the United States and Europe. She is also survived by her husband’s nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her husband Michael in 2002; her mother Rose Madiuk in 1954; her father Peter in 1973; and her brother Nicky in 1962.
