Obituary of Hans Haulrich Clausen

Hans Haulrich Clausen beloved husband of Ellen of Calgary passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at the age of 85 years. Hans was born in Forum, Denmark on May 30, 1923. He went to Iceland after the war and immigrated to Canada in 1950. Hans was a partner in a local cement finishing company. He loved his work and took pride in his good workmanship. Hans loved his family (and the Flames). Besides his loving wife of fifty-five years Ellen, Hans is survived by his daughters Carol and Louise (Paul); his loving pride grandsons, Nicholas and Peter. Hans was predeceased by his son “lille Hans”. Much loved by Hans are the Christiansen family Soren, Jytte and their children, Hanne, Soren and Anna, who had become his second family.
