Obituary of Andrew Clark McCracken

It is with sadness that Andy’s family announces his quiet passing at Rockyview General Hospital on Saturday, May 23, 2009, at the age of 85 years. He is survived by Pat, his loving wife of 66 years. He will be greatly missed by his family- son Bob (Lynette) of High River; and daughter Lynne (the late John Phillips). His quick wit and wicked sense of humour and word play will live on in his grandchildren- Jessica McCracken and Rob and Andrew Phillips. Andy was born in Motherwell, Scotland, though lived most of his life in Montreal. Upon retirement, Andy and Pat moved to Calgary, and thoroughly loved living in Alberta these past thirty years.
