Obituary of Rose Ellen Johnson

Rose Ellen (Ellen) Johnson of Calgary passed away peacefully at Newport Harbour Care Centre on Wednesday, May 6, 2009. She is survived by two brothers, Jim (Johann) Bell of Coleman and Albert (Marj) Bell of Calgary; sister Marie (Murray) Saunders of Bowden, and special niece Betty Crowe of Calgary. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Richard (Marlan) Krusky of Los Angeles, Rena Krusky of Calgary, Rodney Krusky of DeWinton, and Ryan Krusky (Trudy) of Okotoks; four great-grandchildren, Chayden, Riley, Maddison, and Trinity; son-in-law Russell Krusky; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Ellen was predeceased by her husband Phil in 1989; her beloved daughter Louise in 1999; and friend and companion Gordon Ward in 2000. She was also predeceased by her parents, Rose and Stuart Bell; and her two brothers, Andy and George.
