Obituary of Gerald Ernest Cropper

CROPPER – Gerald Ernest (Gerry) July 25, 1926 – April 28, 2009 Gerald Ernest (Gerry) Cropper passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the age of 82 years, surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was a proud husband, father and grandfather who always said his greatest achievement was his marriage of sixty years to Molly. He is survived by his children, Jerine (Norm), David (Leslie) and Paul (Shelley); and grandchildren, Stacey, Matthew, Benjamin, Iain, and Wade Cropper. He is also survived by his sister Sheila (Ken) Stoddart as well as a large extended family. Gerry was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Frances; brothers, Archie, Robert and Hugh; and sister, Kathleen. Those who knew him will remember him for his many good deeds and sense of humour.
