Obituary of Roy Elford

Roy Elford, beloved husband of Tanya Elford of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the age of 84 years. Roy was born on May 25, 1924 in Calgary. He is survived by his loving wife Tanya; children, Ruth (Gary) Reid, Gerald Scott, Susan Klassen, and Arnold (Susan) Scott; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Roy is also survived by his brother Stan (Blanch) Elford; sister Jean (Donald) Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Roy’s life will be held at HMCS Tecumseh (1820-24th Street SW) on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
