Lost contact with after Secondary School in 1982, just to know of your home calling this morning. Life truly at best, is very brief. Sleep on Chinedu. May God keep comforting the wife and children you left behind.

Still in shock to discover that Chinedu, my class mate in FGC Kano, passed on in 2009 and I only just got to hear about it this morning! I still have fond memories of his youthful escapades and witty smiles. His was a unique sense of humour. When we last met in Kano he was almost eight feet tall, I guess, a veritable gentle giant. May his gentle soul R.I.P.

Chinedu Egbuna was a good friend of mine when I lived in Kiev, Ukraine. I can truly say there is not a person in this world that I trusted more. We played many interesting scrabble games while I was there and enjoyed many days together. I regret not staying more closely in touch with him during his life in Calgary.

When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. May you take comfort in knowing that you have an angel to watch over you now. I extend my most sincere condolences to your family.

Chinedu Egbuna was my classmate at FGC Kano during our Advanced Levels in 1982-83.I did not know he was gone. While searching facebook for old classmates, I came across this sad news. It is shockinly devatating to me. He was a very good and nice friend of mine. The last time we spoke was January 2003 and I lost contact. May his gentle soul rest in peace in the Lord. Good night Chinedu. You remain alive in my heart forever. We shall meet again at the resurrection.
