Obituary of Victoria Sartison

Victoria (May) Sartison passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at the age of 86 years. May was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia on May 24, 1922, marrying Jake in 1940. Together they lived in various towns over the years, including Tilley, Redcliffe, Taber, Vauxhall and then finally settling in Calgary. May is survived by her sons, Garry Sartison (Fran) and Grant Sartison; daughter-in-law Barb Sartison; grandchildren, Chad, Jason, Janelle and Lauri; and great-grandchild Madyson. She was predeceased by her husband Jake Sartison; son Glen Sartison; and by two sisters. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
