Obituary of Timothy Wade Andal

It is with profound sadness that the family and friends of Timothy (Tim) Andal announce his sudden passing on Monday, April 13, 2009 at the age of 35 years. Tim was born in Saskatoon, SK and grew up in Birch Hills and Melfort, SK. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. Initially he worked for Honeywell in Regina, but later moved to Calgary where he worked for Enmax and most recently Siemens. Tim loved sports, particularly hockey, football, squash, golf and softball. For the past several years, Tim played ball hockey as part of a very close knit team where he experienced one of his greatest personal achievements, winning the City Championship. Tim also loved the outdoors, enjoying camping, fishing, and lounging on the deck in the sun. Tim’s multitude of talents ranged from his strong business acumen to home renovations, landscaping, carpentry, and cooking. He was well known as "The King of the Grill". Tim is survived by his loving parents, Darlene and Ed; brother Matt; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as by many treasured friends, teammates, and co-workers. To the world, Tim was one; but to his family and friends, Tim meant the world. He is loved beyond measure and will be missed beyond tears.
