Obituary of Stephen James Krahn

Stephen James Krahn, beloved son of Art and Marji Krahn, entered the presence of the risen Lord, Easter morning, Sunday April 12, 2009 at the age of 37 years. Stevie’s characteristic resilience and courage, in the face of limitations and physical challenges, impacted all who knew him. He had a zest for life, and faced both difficulties and joys with enthusiasm and determination. Stevie was an upstanding and much loved member of the community and was active in a wide variety of activities. Stevie leaves many to remember his life, his parents, Art and Marji Krahn; brothers, Phil (Rena) and Mark (Jenny); five nieces and nephews; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and his Scenic Bow extended family. All who knew him loved him. Funeral Services will be held at Rock Pointe Community Church (12 Bowridge Drive NW )on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held at Three Hill Cemetery on Friday, April 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Friends are welcome.
