Obituary of John Hong Foong

John Hong Foong, beloved husband of Stella, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at the age of 63 years. John was an electrical engineer, graduated from University of Alberta in 1971, and became owner of The Dominion Hotel in Carstairs for the last two years. Besides his loving wife Stella, John is also survived by his son Harold; mother Dorothy Lang; sister-in-law Choi Har Foong; brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Daisy; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Frank Walton; as well as numerous nephews and nieces. John was predeceased by his sister, Cathy Jung and brother Doug Foong.
