Obituary of Margaret Louise Waite
Margaret Louise Waite, beloved wife of George of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at the age of 81 years.
Margaret was born on August 15, 1927 in Vauxhall, AB and lived all her life in Calgary. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Margaret was a long time member of the Celiac Association and an active member of the Wild Rose United Church as well as the Order of Eastern Star. She was employed for several years at the University of Calgary.
Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her husband George, her son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Cathy; two granddaughters, Lindsay (Tyson) and Kelly (Graeme); five great grandchildren; brother, Myron (Phyllis); brother-in-law, Jim (Iris); and sister-in-law, Eileen. Margaret was predeceased by her son Darryl.
A Celebration of Margaret’s Life will be held at the Wild Rose United Church (1317 – 1st Street N.W.) Monday, April 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
