Obituary of Judy Ann Brickner
Judy Ann Brickner (nee Staroszik), beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, died peacefully on the morning of April 4, 2009. Judy was born in Red Deer AB on March 3, 1950. She was preceded by her mother Aileen “Dolly” in 1957 and by Wayne Lanteigne in 2001.
Judy will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Rita (Don), and grandsons Stephan (Ikumi) and Brydon; parents Glen and Elsie; siblings Ken (Dayla), Colleen (Cal), Arne (Heather), Joyce (Ailleen), and Lana; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Judy faced COPD with great courage, strength and determination. She loved her family, the Calgary Flames, and Haagen Dazs ice cream.
