Obituary of Zarina Mahedi Shajani

Zarina Shajani of Calgary passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at the age of 70 years. Zarina is survived by her daughters; Nimira, Shyroz (Nazir); and son Alikhan (Nasheena); as well as grandchildren Hassan, Jenna, Unaiz, and Unaiza. She was predeceased by her husband Mahedi Shajani. Zarina lit up the room with the smile in her eyes and will be dearly missed. Funeral Services will be held at the Ismaili Jamat Khana & Centre (4623 – 11th Street N.E.) on Thursday, April 9, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace.
