Obituary of Lorne Carter Anderson

Lorne Carter Anderson, beloved husband of Suzanne Anderson of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the age of 81 years. Lorne was born in Hyas, SK on February 27, 1928 and resided there until 1947. He was an employee of Canadian Pacific Railway for thirty-five years and retired in 1986. He has been a resident of Calgary for thirty-nine years. Lorne was known for his delightful sense of humour and his caring ways. His life-long interests were his family, his friends, the church, and sports, especially curling, hockey and golf. He met adversity through the strength of his faith. Lorne is survived by his wife Suzanne; and several caring nieces, nephews and cousins.
