I worked with Blaine off and on over the last few years and he was a wonderful and caring person. I did not know him well, but I have to say that his name is in my computer and in my work still to this day, since his passing. I see his name and think of him from time to time, so I thought I would write a note to express my deepest sympathies to his family – I am sure he is deeply missed. He did so much for our city in his profession and he is missed greatly by many people.
