Obituary of Brenda Joyce Harradence
It is with a very heavy heart we announce the passing of Brenda Harradence on Friday March 27th, 2009 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Brenda and Bill met in their home of Regina Saskatchewan, and with both of their careers blossoming in HR, they sought the land of Alberta 22 years ago. Brenda had a long and illustrious career in the Oil and Gas industry in HR, along with her husband. Brenda loved to travel, spend time with her husband and son, and care for everyone around her. She will always be remembered for her cheerful, friendly, upbeat and positive attitude irrespective of the circumstances. Brenda approached life and her disease in the same way. Brenda is lovingly remembered and survived by her husband of twenty eight years, Bill; and her son, Joshua. She also leaves behind her brother Terry (Cheryl) Pawliw; her niece Robin (Steve) Stettner; her sister-in-law, Gloria Pawliw; nephew Riley Pawliw; brother-in-law Brian (Lynne) Harradence; her niece Kristine Harradence; and her mother-in-law Inez Harradence. Brenda also leaves behind a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Brenda will be sorely missed and never forgotten. A Celebration of Brenda’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
