Obituary of Rose Anne Zawalykut

Rose Anne (Rosie) Zawalykut beloved wife of Edward Zawalykut of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 23, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 64 years. Rosie was born in Lethbridge, AB and moved to Calgary to pursue her career in accounts payable. She was an avid reader, enjoyed camping, and made spending time with her grandchildren a priority, always supporting them in their activities. Rosie truly was a selfless person, always putting others first. Besides her loving husband Edward of forty-four years, Rosie is also survived by her children, Jeff, Rod (Yvonne), and Corrie (Clint); grandchildren, Denna, Jeremy, Brianna, Jessie, Jack, Hannah, Brayden, and Riley; as well as by many extended family and friends. Rosie will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Rosie was predeceased by her parents, Lucy and Julius Kassai.
