I am so sorry to hear about June. She was my genealogy friend and we shared many emails in our mutual pursuit of Merriam ancestors. I was saddened to learn today of June’s passing through our mutual cousin, Kit. June and I corresponded for several years, our mutual interest being family history. She wrote so lovingly of her family. I was fortunate to have met her in person when I was able to visit Calgary a few years ago. That was very special indeed. She was such a lovely lady! My heart goes out to all those she left behind.
