Obituary of Leroy Charles Twoyoungmen

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son and father, Leroy “Lee” Charles Twoyoungmen. Lee was called home by our Creator on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at the age of 42 years at his residence. Lee was born and raised on the Stoney First Nation and during his formidable years he lived with his paternal grandparents Walter and Alma Simeon, where he acquired the love of the outdoors and especially tending to the livestock with grandpa. He attended and received his education through Springbank, Exshaw, and Eagle Point Schools. Lee was also an avid participant and competitor in the rodeo circuit competing in the boys steer riding, bull riding and roping categories. Throughout his journey in life he made many friends. Lee further pursued his education by taking up studies in the carpentry program through SAIT. Upon completion, Lee was given contract services by the Stoney First Nation and took pride in his work, yet was very humble. During his time off studies and employment he also excelled in mechanical work alongside his father. Wake Services will be held at the residence of Leroy Twoyoungmen (Morley, AB) on Sunday and Monday, March 8 and 9, 2009. Funeral Services will be held at the Morley Community Gymnasium (Morley, AB) on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Chiniki Cemetery (Morley, AB).
