Obituary of Alexander Roy Thacker

Alexander Roy Thacker passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Foothills Medical Centre at the age of 84 years. Alexander is survived by his three children; Danny (Linda) of Winnipeg, Dwight (Barbara) of Florida and Brenda (Gary) Wade of Calgary. Alex also leaves behind his eight grandchildren; Elizabeth Atkins, Wendy Peter, Debbie Trowski, Bonnie Thacker, Deanna Valeri, Shaylene Wade, James Thacker, Ken Thacker and seven great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers George and Bill. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Winnipeg, MB. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
