Obituary of Cornelia Barnouw

Cornelia (Connie) Barnouw passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Beloved mother to daughter Beverley and her family (husband George and their children Ashley and Lindsey); and her son Scott and his family (wife Kristine and their children Graham and Allison), Connie is also survived by her husband Ralph Barnouw (separated); her identical twin sister Trudy Veltenaar; brother Gerry (Erica) Vermey (Kamloops); along with nieces and nephews. Connie was predeceased by her parents Leendert and Jannetje; and sister Martina Drok. We miss you dearly but know you will always be in our hearts forever. Our sincere thanks to Connie’s caregivers, Rose Marie, Sue and the staff at the Sarcee Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion.
