Obituary of Teodora Y. Zablan

Teodora Y. Zablan of Calgary passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at the age of 95 years. She was born in the Philippines on July 24, 1913. Teodora is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Helen and Renato (Rey) Lansang, Florence and Raul (Oyie) Josue and, Josephine (Gigi) and Geoff Heiland; six grandchildren, Judith (Rodney), Jerome (Liezl), Ryan, Faye, Dexter, and Michael; and six great-grandsons, Cameron, Jacob, Josiah, Antonio, Dominico, and Phoenix, all of Calgary. She was predeceased by her husband Jesus on March 26, 2005. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.) on Monday, February 2, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with prayers at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Pius X Catholic Church (2424 – 24th Avenue N.W.) on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow in the Good Shepherd Cemetery at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
