Obituary of Randall William Chappel

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Randall on Wednesday, January 14 2009 at the age of 58 years. Mourning his loss are his son Nick, his daughter Claire, his former wife and lifelong friend Martha Macdonnell, his sisters Dolores (John) Dawson, Leona (Norm) Klingspon and Marlene Garber, many nieces and nephews and a great many friends. On a good day, no one lived life more fully than Rand and we will all share laughter and tears over his zest for life and where it took him. He also suffered a lot of pain and we are relieved that he is now at peace, walking with two good knees in the mountains somewhere with his dogs. Godspeed Rand. We will miss you. A Celebration of Rand’s life will be held at the Cochrane RancheHouse (101 RancheHouse Road, Cochrane, Alberta). Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
