Obituary of Brian William Gerlitz

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Gerlitz on Thursday, January 8, 2009 at the age of 48 years. Brian was born in Calgary and lived his entire life in the community of Greenview close to his family. He was an avid hockey fan and enjoyed sports of all kinds. Those that knew Brian knew he had a kind heart and he will be missed dearly. Brian was the beloved brother and friend of Dave (Shelley); and uncle to Michelle and Andrew. He is also survived by Uncle Willie and several cousins. Brian very recently lost his father and friend Ken, as well as his close friend Uncle Bob. He was also predeceased by his mother Angy and brother Larry.
