Delphine Louise Webber

Obituary of Delphine Mary Louise Webber

The most beautiful woman we know died on Sunday, January 4, 2009 to be re-united with the love of her life, her husband George. Mom lived with courage, empathy and generosity and exhibited those qualities as a nurse, wife, mother, and grandmother. She taught those she loved by the powerful example of a life well lived. She chose to see God in everyone and everything. Today we celebrate Mom’s life – her children, George Webber, Patricia Lace (Roger), Mary Baines (Jack), Margaret Webber, James Webber (Christine), Betty Michaud (Phil), and William Webber; her grandchildren, Joseph, George, Thomas, and William Lace, Benjamin, Tyler, Trish and Beth Baines, and Joel and Nicole Michaud; and her brother Father Patrick Cramer. If you wish to remember Mom in a special way today do it in the form of a kindness to someone who needs your help. That’s the way Mom would have wanted it. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gerard’s Catholic Church (8944 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. The family extends special thanks to the staff of The Beverly Care Centre – Glenmore for the affection and respect with which they cared for Mom during her final years. In living memory of Delphine Webber, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McINNIS & HOLLOWAY FUNERAL HOMES Park Memorial Chapel, 5008 ELBOW DRIVE S.W. Telephone: (403) 243-8200.
