Obituary of Cornell Bradley Cree Rollinmud

Carnell (Cree) Bradley Rollinmud, beloved son of Frank Buffalocalf and grandson of Clara Rollinmud was called home by our Creator on December 22, 2008 at the age of 21 years. Cree was born in Calgary Foothills Hospital and raised in Morley, AB, Stoney Nakoda Reserve. He was the youngest of seven siblings, sisters Sheryl (Jerome), Francine(Oliver)and Blossom (Wai), brothers, Dallas and Caillan. Cree was raised by both his grandmother, Clara and Auntie, Roxanne Rollinmud. Throughout his life he was a loving, kind, respectful, humorous and always willing to help others. He cherished his nieces and nephews as well as his family and friends. Cree’s hobbies were going for walks, playing sports and video games, most of all he loved playing poker with his close cousins and friends. He will be sadly missed and always remembered in our hearts. He is survived by his maternal grandparents, Clara Rollinmud and Roland Rollinmud; aunties, Roxanne Rollinmud (Darcy), Karen (Charlie) Abraham, Amelia Rollinmud and Cassandra Rollinmud; uncles, Ryland Vincent, Aaron Young (Angela), Jordan Twoyoungmen and Myron Rollinmud (Stacey) Orneil; close cousins, Kimberly Rollinmud, Corley(Aldina), Marie(Gary), Wade (Noami), Gabriel Young(Randi), Sheena (Robbie), Kylan Young (Tanya), Laine Crawler, Joshua Rollinmud(Janine) and Rusty Rollinmud; also numerous cousins, relatives and many friends from Saskatchewan, Sunchild, Sarcee and Bighorn. We apologize if we have missed anyone. Cree was predeceased by his mother, Ralphalia in 1991. Sister, Shalina in 1985, grandfather, Stanley in 1986, aunties, Cleone, Geraldine and Georgie, cousins, Oliver Rollinmud and Felicia Abraham in 1997 and Stanleen Abraham in 1999. Wake Services will be held at the residence Roxanne Rollinmud (Morley, AB) on Sunday, December 28, 2008 and Monday, December 29, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Morley United Church (Morley, AB) on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Chiniki Cemetery (Morley, AB).
