Obituary of Adelbert Reardon

Del Reardon, beloved husband of Woynetta of Calgary, passed away peacefully at the Rockyview Hospital on December 9, 2008 at the age of 90 years. Del was born in Moncton, N.B., where he met and married Neta on August 11, 1941. Later that afternoon, he was posted to Calgary with the R.C.A.F. Del enjoyed a career as a credit manager with car dealerships. He was well thought of by his employers and co-workers, retiring in 1982. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, playing bridge, and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 264. Del was also a charter member of St. Michaels Parish. He was able to maintained many friendships from early in his life. Del is survived by his wife of 67 years, Woynetta (Neta), and by his two sons, Jim (Jean) and John, both of Calgary.
