Obituary of Angele Delores Raimbault

Angele Delores Raimbault passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at the age of 71 years. Angele was born in Cantal, SK. After a brief career as a nurse she married Noel where she quickly occupied her time with her nine children on the family farm in Elkhorn, Manitoba. Angele moved from east to west setting down roots in Brandon, MB. After twenty years she continued her journey west to Piapot, SK where she owned her own restaurant, quickly becoming frequented by all travellers alike. Her love of moving and her desire to be closer to her children took her to the various cities and towns in Alberta where her children settled. Most recently residing in Cold Lake with her oldest surviving son and in Calgary with her youngest daughter. Many of Angele’s passions revolved around the home including: gardening, sewing, puzzles, and playing cards. She always had an open door for friends and family to enjoy many of her famous treats, such as spring rolls and apple pie. A special thank you to all those that were so helpful in lovingly supporting her during her declining health. Angele is survived by her six children, Roger and his wife Aggie Raimbault, Diane Raimbault, Lionel Raimbault, Lorraine Raimbault, Wayne Raimbault and Jackie, Jacqueline and Kevin Zackowski; her daughter-in-law Michelle Raimbault; sixteen grandchildren, Candy, Brandi, Karen, Darcy, Dustin, Cameron, Christina, Bronston, Joesph, Braiden, Broady, Theressa, Cody, Wyatt, Jesse, and Corenna; two great-grandchildren, Raven, Seth; as well as numerous extended family members. Angele was predeceased by her children Denis, Victor and Laurence Raimbault and her former husband Noel Raimbault.
