Obituary of Kathleen Marie Beagle

Kathleen Beagle of Calgary, was called home to the Lord on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the age of 86 years. Kay was born on November 11, 1921 in Pincher Creek, AB to William Benedict and Helen Marie Tourond. While working in Pincher Creek, Kay met Chester Jay Beagle and they were married on October 4, 1941. They were stationed in Ontario during the war and after returning west, they brought up a family and worked in Calgary, most notably as the owners and operators of Killarney Taxi. Kay leaves to mourn her daughters and sons-in-law; Buena and Dave, Bonnie and Roy; her son and daughter-in-law Terry and Catherine; her daughter-in-law Sandra; her grandson Bill JR’s wife, Kathleen; grandchildren, Wendy, Wade, Connie, Cherie, Kirsten, Jesse, and Cody; great grandchildren, Jennifer, Holly, Marissa, Blare, Steven; her sister and brother-in-law, Marjorie and Ed Wrigglesworth; her sister-in-law, Lorraine Tourond; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Chester Jay in 1981; her son William Chester in 2001; her grandson William Leigh in 1999; her parents; and eight of her nine siblings.
