Obituary of Rosa Cassetta

Rosa Cassetta beloved wife of Nicolino Cassetta passed away peacefully on October 15, 2008 at the age of 85 years. Rosa Maddalena was born in Sepino Campobasso, Italy on February 28, 1923. Rosa was one of four brothers and four sisters. Rosa married Nicolino Cassetta on September 15, 1941. They both immigrated to Canada on January 19, 1984 to be with their two daughters Giuseppina and Maria, spending most of their time at the Zeoli household. She is survived by her husband Nicolino Cassetta, daughters; Guiseppina Zeoli and Maria Savino, sons in-law; Giueseppe Zeoli and Saverio Savino, grandchildren; Sebastiano and Lora Zeoli, Gina Bergen and Lino Savino. Rosa is also survived by a wealth of great-grandchildren; Kelsey and Anthony Zeoli, Diego and Isabella Cortese, Adriana and Keira Bergen. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, October 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Ascension Catholic Church (1100 Berkshire Boulevard N.W.) on Saturday,, October 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park.
