Obituary of Johannes Joslin

Johannes Joslin of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Johannes was born in Manokwari, Indonesia, residing most of his life there until moving to Calgary in 2003. He was an accomplished seamster and enjoyed doing word search. Johannes was also environmentally friendly, with nothing being wasted. Johannes is survived by his children, Hanoch (Stella), Fryda (Gani), Benny (Meithy), Welly (Detha), Vonny, and Victor (Melda); twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother Tomas (Maria Angela) Jo, step-mother Ngo, step-sister Ersilia (Poon), as well as nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Kristina and his son Paulus.
