Obituary of Tom Hazuka

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend Tom Hazuka of Calgary, on October 6, 2008 at the age of 73. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 45 years, Marlene; his children, Lori (Rob) Morin, Cheryl Hazuka (Michael Moffett), Michael (Shannon) Hazuka; grandchildren, Avery, Annik, Camille, Brielle, Ethan and sister, Helen (John) Thiessen. Tom will be forever loved and missed by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, and long time friends who played a large role in his life. He was predeceased by his parents Martin and Regina Hazuka and sister, Irene McMartin.
