Obituary of Van Wijk

Miep van Wijk of Calgary passed away peacefully on October 4, 2008, after a brave battle with cancer at the age of 78 years. Miep was born on October 23, 1929 in Rotterdam, Holland. Miep is survived by her daughters, Ada and Jacqueline; her grandchildren, Chris, Stephanie (Matthew), Nadine (Wes), Jessica (David), Nick (Trina) and Desiree (Ryan); her precious great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Kayde, Payge, Kya and Jesse and her brother, Gjalt van Wijk (Tine).
