Obituary of Patricia Gail Hagg
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Hagg at the Rosedale Hospice on September 21, 2008 after a valiant seven year battle with cancer; she was surrounded by her loving family.
Pat grew up in Lethbridge, AB and graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Education in 1973. She was passionate about her career as a Teacher-Librarian with the Calgary Board of Education. Pat’s primary interest was her family. She was so proud of Jordan, Kim, and Kelsey; they were her greatest legacy. Pat also adored her faithful cat, Louis. She had a passion for gardening, interior decoration, photography and the arts. She especially loved decorating her home for Christmas. Pat was generous to all and an extremely loyal friend to many. Everyone enjoyed her sparkle and witty sense of humour.
Pat is survived by her cherished children, Jordan, Kimberly and Kelsey Hagg of Calgary; mother Irene Clark of Lethbridge; brother Ted Clark of Victoria, BC; and sister and brother-in-law Colleen and Dave Slovack of Lethbridge. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews Amy Hass, Julie Hoult, Ryan Slovack, Mark Slovack and their families. She was predeceased by her father Telford (Ted) Clark in 1999.
