Obituary of Oskar Hochberger

Oskar Hochberger of Calgary, passed away on Friday, September 19, 2008 at the age of 59 years. Oskar was born in Budapest, Hungary and immigrated to Canada in 1956. He was generous, kind, and fun-loving. He had a great sense of humour and loved to laugh with others. He valued strength and love, whether he was spending time with family and friends or crafting from wood. For the past eight years, Oskar was employed at Standen’s where he built strong friendships. Oskar is survived by his companion Amy Antonio; three daughters, Yolande (Adrian) Mohammed, Nichole Hochberger, and Nadia Hochberger (Robert Van Doren) all of Calgary; and by his three grandchildren, Carlos, Nicholle and Laurissa. Oskar was predeceased by his parents, George and Maria.
