Obituary of Ronald Alexander SHAW

March 25, 1946 December 24, 2017 Ron beloved husband of Debbie Shaw (nee Kelly) of Calgary passed away on December 24, 2017 at the age of 71 years after a heroic battle with cancer. The most important thing to Ron was his family. He spent much of his youth travelling around the world to such auspicious places as Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India and Russia, during which time he met some great friends who became like family to him. Ron met his wife, Debbie, and continued to travel the world while building his family, as well as worked as an engineer and there too made his mark on everyone he met. Ron will be loved and missed forever. Ron is survived by his wife Debbie, children Kaley and Kiley Shaw; three granddaughters Breanna, Aislynn, Shevaun Sparrey; as well as his sisters Judy Shaw, Marlene and her husband Dennis Bykowski, Joanne and her husband Tom Golden; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Ron’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle N.W., Calgary, AB), on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
