Obituary of Lilly Silberman

Lilly Silberman, beloved mother of Sam Silberman of Calgary, passed away at the Mayfair Care Centre on September 1, 2008 at the age of 91 years. Lilly was born in Kolocava, Czechoslovakia in 1917 and was the youngest of five siblings. She was also a survivor of the Holocaust. Lilly is survived by her son, Sam, as well as her grandchildren, Joel, Reesa, and Debra Silberman. Lilly was predeceased by her husband Leo Silberman. Funeral Services will be held at the Beth Tzedec Synagogue, (1325 Glenmore Trail S.W.) on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at the Erlton Cemetery (Erlton Street and 30 Avenue S.W.)
