Obituary of Wendell Clifford Carry

Wendell (Bill) C. Carry beloved husband of Nat of Calgary, passed away in the arms of his loving wife of 48 years on July 20, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Wendell was born in Oyen, AB on January 31, 1928 and was raised in Acadia Valley. He graduated from Camrose College and joined the RCAF before settling in Calgary. Music was his passion in life and his career from the age of nine on, when he played saxophone in the Carry Family Orchestra. Wendell is survived by his wife, Nat; his brothers, Murray and Phil, and by many family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mabel; brothers Jack and Rod; and by his sisters Jean and Rita. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Saturday July 26, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through .
