Obituary of James Hunter

Jim Hunter beloved husband of Marlene of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Wednesday June 18, 2008 at the age of 75 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. Jim was born in Islay, Alberta on March 27, 1933 and moved with his family to Calgary in 1941. Jim is survived by his loving wife of twenty-nine years, Marlene; brother, John (Jack); sister in law, Audrey; brother in law and sister in law, Jack and Jean and their families; nieces, Sharon and Sandy and their families. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Isabella and Cuthbert Hunter; sister, Patricia; sister in law, Edith Hunter. At Jim’s request no funeral service will be held.
