Obituary of Richard Myles Butler

Richard (Myles) Butler beloved husband of Marguerite of thirty-two years passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2008 at the age of 54 years. Besides his loving wife Marguerite he is also survived by his son, Richard of Calgary, daughter, Meghan and her fiancée Patrick Slater of Airdrie. Myles is also survived by his mother Helen Lennox of Calgary, two sisters and brother-in-law, Jane Butler of Calgary, Betty and Jock MacKinnon of Youngstown, AB; a brother and sister-in-law Kary and Sheila Butler of Calgary, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Myles is predeceased by his father Edgar. Myles was a member of the Calgary Police Service for twenty seven years, enjoyed hunting, cars and spending time with family and friends.
