Obituary of Ronald Owen Weston

Ron, beloved husband of Gerry of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at the age of 83 years. Most of Ron’s working life was spent in the oil patch. He attended the Banff School of Advanced Management. Ron is survived by his loving wife of fifty-five years Gerry; his daughters, Jacqui, Brenda, and Sharon; his dear granddaughters, Carolyn and Katie (Brad), and great-grandson Jackson Owen. He leaves his brothers, Harold (Dawn), Vernon, and Robert (Rita); sister Helen in the Maritimes; brother-in-law Ralph (Sharlene) in Penticton; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by special family members Peter and Dave. In respecting Ron’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral.
